A reputed international higher education institution / education consultancy in the UAE is looking to hire experienced and performance-driven professionals for the roles of Education Counselor, Sales, Student Recruitment Specialist, and Social Media Expert.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit students for study abroad programs and online degree programs
Counsel prospective students regarding program options, eligibility, and admissions
Handle leads, follow-ups, conversions, and enrollments
Guide students through the complete admission and documentation process
Manage inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins
Plan and execute digital outreach and social media lead engagement (for Social Media role)
Meet and exceed monthly enrollment and revenue targets
Maintain accurate student records and CRM updates
Eligibility & Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of UAE experience in education sales / student recruitment
Strong experience in study abroad consulting and online degree admissions
Own Visa preferred
Proven track record in student counseling and enrollment closures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
Target-oriented, self-driven, and professional approach
Experience in education marketing or social media lead handling will be an added advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
