Job Details Gender Any Minimum Requirements .Master's Degree in Nursing, Education or related discipline .Current registered nursing license from country of origin .Six (6) years acute care hospital nursing with at least two (2) years experience in area of specialty and at least two (2) years in a dedicated teaching position providing nursing education .Post graduate qualifications in education preferable .Experience in curriculum development is required .Demonstrated experience in development of on-line education is preferred .Demonstrated leadership abilities .Demonstrated ability to act as a role model .Demonstrated ability to determine learning needs of staff .Excellent computer skills (including power point, excel, and searching the web for evidence based nursing articles) .Excellent communication skills .Proven personal commitment to support a pleasant learning environment and teamwork .Proven ability to plan, prepare, present/organize and evaluate educational activities and material .Ability to provide constructive feedback
