Proactively interacts to all guests in a friendly and professional manner
Delivers the education facts on the assigned attraction/exhibit
Maintains theme park's knowledge to provide updated information to the guests
Handles guests concerns and queries, provide appropriate resolution, and available and achievable service recovery as needed
Prepares educational materials and maintains its professional appearance
Ensures all departmental checklists are consistently completed and informs line manager for any tasks that requires action
Fosters a culture of human and animal safety by following all safety policies and practices in accordance with HSE policy and department's SOPs
Promotes products, services and activities available to the guests
Completes all required trainings and maintains professional development and competencies
Maintains cleanliness and organization of the workplace for designated areas
Performs other duties as assigned
To be considered for the role, you will need to have:
High School Diploma / Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
1 year of experience in customer service
Experience in zoological and/or theme park setting is a plus
Outgoing personality
Excellent skills in customer/guest interaction
Excellent English communication skills, verbal and written
Basic knowledge of educational principles and instructional design models
Basic computer skills, including MS Office applications
