Beat Educations is seeking a proactive and results-driven EdTech Sales Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding our customer base by promoting our educational technology solutions, closing sales deals, and supporting learners and institutions on their digital journey.
Key Responsibilities
Initiate outbound calls and outreach to potential clients to introduce and pitch Beat Educations' EdTech solutions.
Identify client needs and tailor offerings to address specific challenges.
Build and nurture relationships with prospects through effective communication and follow-up activities.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Deliver virtual product demonstrations and presentations to prospects.
Maintain accurate sales activity records using CRM software.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies and product messaging.
Stay updated on company products, industry trends, and competitors.
Support onboarding of clients and ensure satisfaction during the sales cycle.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field preferred.
Prior experience in sales or business development, especially in the EdTech, e-learning, or SaaS sector.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Proficiency with CRM tools and digital sales platforms.
Passion for education and technology.
