As a Quality Coordinator, you will play a key role in upholding our academic standards by reviewing instructional sessions, monitoring student progress, and ensuring quality assurance across all learning interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate session quality and monitor student engagement and behavior.
Measure learning outcomes based on iSchool's academic standards.
Collect performance data and generate detailed analytical reports.
Implement quality assurance procedures and flag inconsistencies.
Coordinate with team leaders to resolve quality-related issues.
Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical or educational field.
Solid programming background.
Experience with educational game platforms like Godot, Buildbox, or Minecraft Education.
Strong observational, analytical, and communication skills.
Passion for improving educational quality and student experience.
