Our client is a well-known Machinery Manufacturing Company. They are now looking for an Sales Support to join them.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Follow up, qualify, and respond to leads from different sources as appropriate.
- Make outbound sales calls to existing and lost customers and prospects.
- Prepare and submit spare parts quotations and ensure that a follow up is made until receipt of purchase order.
- Collaborate with other functions and sales teams to develop opportunities and strategies to retain or recover lost customers
- Support the rest of the sales team by identifying opportunities to up-sell and maximize our customer share.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Must be customer oriented, able to understand customer needs and prioritize them accordingly.
- A proven ability to work in team.
- Immediate Joiners.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 1-2 years of experience in the similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
