Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
Master's degree or advanced degree in Economics
, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Environmental Economics or any related fieldMinimum ten (10) years of combined professional experience
in financial analysis and conduct of feasibility studies of environmental or infrastructure projects, particularly in the areas of financial modeling, value for money analysis, project costing and revenue forecast, project structuring, or risk analysis, allocation, and management, either as a consultant or other specific employment. Proficiency in performing comprehensive cost-benefit analyses that consider both direct and indirect benefits of projects, evaluating the financial viability of projects, considering capital and operational costs, revenue streams, and return on investment, expertise in cost recovery mechanisms, public-private partnerships and securing funding/financing options.Must be willing to work overseas (ASEAN country)
