Responsible for high quality analysis to define the Ecommerce growth strategy by brand/category/eRetailers
\'Develop tools and frameworks for HQ and Clusters to streamline execution.
Leverage on eShopper insights to develop tools and practices to manage online eRetailers, further supporting the deployment of the eCommerce group strategy, driving online category growth.
\'Support in the development of business models for new growth opportunities
Co-create tailor made strategies by brand (sizing the opportunity, setting KPIs/fair share, strategic partners, go-to-market approach, etc\xe2\x80\xa6) and across Clusters.
Define online strategies and coordinate implementation of eRetailer (s) plans in line with business requirements by supporting implementation.
What will make you successful
5+ years of experience in an analytical, strategic, or commercial role (investment banking and/or consulting experience are a strong plus)
Advanced Google Sheet/Excel /PowerPoint skills.
A good understanding of SQL - preexisting/ expected to learn in 2 months; Ultimately, you\'ll be expected to be able to extract the data needed for your analysis.
Must have experience in complex financial modeling
Can demonstrate strong analytical achievements and confidence with numbers.
Clear confident communicator, with experience influencing senior stakeholders.
Team player able to work with tact, humility and patience
A pragmatic, commercial mindset, comfortable with ambiguity
Strong motivation with the ability to work quickly and accurately in tight deadlines
