Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms (company website, Amazon, Noon, etc.).
Create and optimize product descriptions, titles, and images to improve visibility and conversion.
Monitor inventory, pricing, and promotions to ensure competitiveness.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to implement online campaigns and special offers.
Track, analyze, and report on website and sales performance using analytics tools.
Manage online customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Ensure all online content aligns with the company's brand identity and product standards.
Research market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Support digital marketing activities including SEO, Google Ads, and social media promotions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or a related field.
Proven experience (2-4 years) in e-commerce, preferably in B2B or cleaning equipment industry.
Strong knowledge of online marketplaces (Amazon, Noon, Shopify, etc.).
Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and digital advertising tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
