Tek Store LLC seeks a dynamic E-Commerce Specialist who is a powerhouse in Shopify operations and digital marketing. This role will play a pivotal part in fusing our online and offline shopping experiences. With a deep knowledge of Shopify and other e-commerce tools, combined with procurement expertise and brand strategy, the aim is to craft a complete and compelling shopping experience for our customers. Core Responsibilities: 1. Sales & Marketing
- Develop strategies to bolster online sales and draw customers to our physical outlets.
- Lead advertising and promotional campaigns, highlighting our brick-and-mortar offerings.
- Design campaigns using sales data and customer feedback.
- Utilize deep expertise in Shopify to enhance our online retail platform.
- Analyze data from Google Analytics to refine online strategies.
- Implement and manage Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
- Manage product flow across digital and brick-and-mortar channels.
- Curate and refresh product listings, emphasizing platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, and noon.com.
- Establish and maintain valuable partnerships with suppliers to ensure quality, timely deliveries, and budget adherence.
- Offer strategic guidance to our dedicated content and social media teams, rooted in e-commerce best practices.
- Recommend strategies for maximizing content impact and engagement across digital platforms.
- Extract insights from sales data regularly, spanning both online and physical sales.
- Use detailed analytics to adapt our approaches, staying ahead of market trends and customer shifts.
- Work in concert with store managers and other departments to ensure consistent promotional and branding efforts.
- Guarantee alignment between our digital storefront and physical outlet promotions and products.
- A well-versed e-commerce expert with deep experience in Shopify and Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with Amazon, noon.com, and other platforms is beneficial.
- Outstanding analytical, communication, and strategic skills.
- Innovativeness and meticulous attention to detail are essential.
- Bachelor\'s degree in E-commerce, Business Management, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years in web development with a substantial focus on Shopify.
- Capable of editing photos and videos.
- Proficient in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Must possess a valid visa for at least 2 months or be on an independent visa.
