Responsibilities:
Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with the company\'s vision, with a focus on revenue growth, customer engagement, and maintaining our luxury brand identity. This includes expertise in managing Amazon\'s presence and sales strategies.
Technology Stack: Oversee the selection, implementation, and management of e-commerce technology platforms and tools to ensure optimal website performance, security, and user experience. This includes proficiency in Shopify, Google Analytics, Hubspot, Facebook Ads Manager, Amazon Seller Central, and other E-commerce/Digital marketing tools.
Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing efforts, including PPC advertising, email marketing, social media campaigns, and content marketing, to drive traffic, conversions, and brand loyalty across various online channels, including Amazon.
SEO Optimization: Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings, increase organic traffic, and enhance the discoverability of our luxury products, both on our website and on Amazon.
Product Listings: Manage and review product presentation on-site to ensure correct categorization, images, copy, pricing, and promotional offers are accurate and meet the guidelines stipulated by the brand.
Promotions and Campaigns: Plan and execute promotional campaigns, sales events, and marketing initiatives to boost sales and enhance customer retention, including Amazon-specific promotions.
Competition Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive activities, and emerging market dynamics, conducting regular research and analysis to identify opportunities and threats in both the luxury e-commerce and Amazon spaces.
Customer Experience: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and exceptional online shopping experience, including website usability, customer support, and personalized recommendations, on the Amazon platform.
