E-Commerce Specialist
to manage and enhance our online sales channels, ensuring a seamless customer experience while driving digital growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize the company's e-commerce platforms (Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce, or custom-built systems).
Coordinate inventory availability and ensure accurate stock reflection on the online portal.
Develop, implement, and monitor SEO strategies to increase online visibility and sales.
Manage PPC campaigns, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email marketing initiatives.
Create and update product descriptions, specifications, and pricing for automotive spare parts.
Design digital content (banners, product images, and promotional graphics) using tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
Analyze website performance through Google Analytics and optimize UI/UX for higher conversions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, procurement, IT) to ensure smooth e-commerce operations.
Stay updated with the latest e-commerce and digital marketing trends.
Technical Skills
Proven experience in managing e-commerce platforms.
Knowledge of inventory management systems.
Proficiency in SEO, keyword research, and digital marketing strategies.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, PPC campaigns, and social media advertising.
Basic to intermediate graphic design skills for online content creation.
Understanding of web analytics, UI/UX, and conversion optimization.
Industry Knowledge
In-depth knowledge of automotive spare parts cataloguing and compatibility systems.
Experience maintaining accurate product data and pricing.
Understanding of customer buying behavior in the automotive aftermarket.
Soft Skills
Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Effective communication in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Attention to detail and quality-driven approach.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the automotive spare parts industry or retail sector.
