Develop and implement online sales strategies to drive sales growth
Create and manage online sales campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, and other online advertising channels
Oversee website design, development, and maintenance, ensuring that it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for search engines
Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other social media platforms
Monitor and analyze online sales data to make informed business decisions and identify areas for improvement
Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process
Build and maintain relationships with customers to increase customer retention and loyalty
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and product development, to ensure the smooth operation of online sales activities
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in online sales and implement best practices to improve online sales performance
Manage product inventory, including tracking and forecasting inventory levels, and coordinating with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely delivery of products
Manage customer accounts and track sales performance against goals
Work with the sales team to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling products and services
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including data privacy laws and consumer protection laws
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in online sales or related field
Strong knowledge of online sales platforms and channels, including email marketing, social media advertising, and other online advertising channels
Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
Strong customer service skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
Experience in managing customer accounts and tracking sales performance against goals
Knowledge of data privacy laws and consumer protection laws
