We're looking for a commerce-obsessed junior strategist who's eager to shape how brands convert shoppers in both the online and offline. If you're fascinated by what drives purchases, how platforms influence behavior, and why brands win at shelf (digital or physical), this is the job for you.

You'll work across ecommerce and shopper marketing projects for leading FMCG brands in the regional and international markets, helping plan campaigns that blend data, insight, and creative execution.

What You'll Do



Support omnichannel strategy development across top retailers (Amazon, Carrefour, Panda, Noon, etc.) Translate shopper and category insights into clear briefs for creative, media, and retail teams Assist in A/B testing, go-to-market planning, and post-campaign evaluations (in-store & digital) Contribute to content audits and retail media mapping to drive visibility and conversion Collaborate with creative, media, and ecommerce teams to build full-funnel strategies that sell

What we're looking for



5-8 years of experience in ecommerce, shopper marketing, or brand planning (agency or brand side) Working knowledge of UAE and/or KSA retail landscape and shopper behaviors Exposure to FMCG categories (beauty, personal care, food, household, etc.) Familiarity with digital shelf elements (PDPs, ratings, content optimization) and shopper tactics (missions, touchpoints, zones) Strong analytical and curious mindset--you ask why, you dig into data, and you care about what moves the shopper Bonus: Experience using tools like Helium10, Profitero, or syndicated data (Nielsen, Kantar)

Pay: AED14,000.00 - AED17,000.00 per month
