Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
E-Commerce Setup & Website Handling
Manage product listings, descriptions, and inventory on our e-commerce platform. Monitor orders, coordinate with logistics and update stock Update product categories, prices, and any discounts during events and campaigns.
Social Media & Digital Marketing
Plan and schedule posts across Instagram, Facebook, etc. Create engaging content (reels, stories, product features, memes) Respond to messages and grow the follower base Plan, create, and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms. Run and monitor paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) Track performance using analytics tools. Respond to comments and messages; build client relationships.
Creative & Video Editing
Capture and edit short videos/reels of pets, products, and customer stories Design promotional materials, banners, and posts using Canva, Adobe, or similar tools Prepare fun and engaging pet-related presentations and campaigns

Requirements:
1+ year of experience in digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce Proficiency in tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar video editing apps Strong command of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and trending social tools Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and online customer engagement
