Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
E-Commerce Operations & Inventory Executive
to oversee stock visibility inSAP
, manage product listings onCS-Cart / Magento
, and support basicdesign tasks
for online marketing. This role ensures accurate inventory data, seamless website updates, and visually engaging content for our e-commerce platforms.Key Responsibilities:
Inventory & SAP Management:
Monitor, update, and reconcile inventory data in SAP (stock movement, SKU updates, pricing).
Coordinate with warehouse teams for real-time stock accuracy.
Generate and analyze daily/weekly stock and pricing reports.
Website & CMS Management:
Add, edit, and maintain product listings, categories, and promotional content on CS-Cart/Magento.
Ensure product data (stock, prices, SKUs) aligns with SAP.
Maintain organized and up-to-date online catalogs.
Design & Marketing Support:
Create and edit simple banners, product visuals, and promotional creatives (Photoshop/Canva/Illustrator).
Support marketing campaigns with relevant design materials.
Requirements:
Experience using SAP (Inventory module preferred).
Familiarity with CS-Cart or Magento CMS.
Basic graphic design skills (Photoshop/Canva/Illustrator).
Strong Excel and reporting proficiency.
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
1-2 years of experience in e-commerce operations or inventory control preferred.
