Fitaminat.com is an e-commerce business specializing in retailing and merchandising vitamins, supplements, beauty and personal care as well as baby care products in the UAE. We have a steady stream of customers and a strong online presence through our Shopify-based e-commerce platform. We are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service to our valued customers. : We are seeking an experienced and dynamic E-commerce / Online Sales Executive to join our team and drive the growth of our online business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing sales, average order value, and customer engagement through effective marketing strategies and campaigns. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and hands-on execution. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase sales, average order value, and customer engagement.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including email marketing, social media advertising, paid search advertising, and other online marketing platforms.
- Implement customer retention strategies, including loyalty programs, referral programs, and personalized messaging campaigns.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce marketing and digital marketing, with a focus on driving sales and customer engagement.
- Familiarity with relevant tools and platforms, including Shopify, Google Analytics, email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo), social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads), and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Advanced programming skills is a plus!
