Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive

Manage and optimize
paid advertising campaigns

Improve
website conversion rates (CRO)
and user journey
Oversee
product promotions, launches, and seasonal campaigns
Monitor performance metrics (traffic, ROAS, CAC, conversion rate)
Coordinate with designers, developers, and content creators as needed
Manage SEO, email marketing, and retargeting strategies
Prepare
weekly and monthly performance reports
Recommend growth opportunities based on data and trends
Required Experience & Skills
Proven experience in
e-commerce marketing
Strong knowledge of
paid media & performance marketing
Experience with
Shopify / WooCommerce / similar platforms
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Results-driven mindset (sales & ROI focused)
Ability to work independently and take ownership
Nice to Have
Experience managing
multiple e-commerce websites
Experience in fashion / retail / uniforms (bonus)
Familiarity with CRM, email automation, and analytics tools
