We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and creative individual to join our team as an
E-commerce & Marketing Assistant
. This is a multi-functional role that supports our e-commerce operations, content creation, visual media production, and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is someone who is hands-on, proactive, and has a strong aesthetic sense with a willingness to assist wherever needed.
Key Responsibilities:
E-commerce Operations Support
Assist in managing online marketplace listings (Amazon, Flipkart, Noon, Shopify, etc.)
Upload and update product details, including titles, descriptions, prices, images, and stock status
Support with keyword research and SEO optimization to improve product visibility
Monitor product performance, order flow, and flag any listing issues or inconsistencies
Product Photography & Videography
Shoot high-quality product photos and videos (including lifestyle, unboxing, and reels)
Set up basic lighting, backdrops, and props for clean and brand-consistent visuals
Capture both static and dynamic content for use across e-commerce and social media channels
Maintain an organized digital library of media assets
Media Editing
Edit photos and videos to ensure polished, professional output
Use tools like Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or equivalent
Create quick-turnaround edits optimized for platform-specific formats (e.g., Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, website banners)
Content Creation
Draft engaging and brand-aligned product descriptions, captions, and short-form content
Assist in writing copy for social media posts, emailers, and marketing campaigns
Support in developing content calendars and ideating creative content angles
Graphic Design
Design visually appealing creative for ads, promotions, info graphics, ecommerce banners, and social media
Use Canva or Adobe Suite to create high-impact visual content aligned with the brand
Support in maintaining design consistency across platforms and campaigns
Marketing Assistance
Provide day-to-day support to the marketing team with various tasks and ongoing campaigns
Assist in basic reporting, calendar tracking, and execution follow-ups
Be ready to take initiative on new ideas and last-minute tasks when required
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in photography, ecommerce, content creation, or graphic design
Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and product listing processes
Basic-to-intermediate skills in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva
Experience with product/studio photography and smartphone or DSLR videography
Good communication and time management skills
Strong sense of design, layout, and attention to detail
Self-motivated, reliable, and able to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):
Knowledge of SEO best practices for ecommerce
Experience working on Shopify, Woo Commerce, or similar CMS platforms
Interest in fashion, lifestyle, or consumer products
Experience in influencer coordination or social media growth tactics
