Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee daily operations of the company's e-commerce platforms (website, marketplaces, etc.).
Develop and implement strategies to drive online traffic, conversion, and sales growth.
Oversee product uploads, descriptions, pricing, inventory, and promotional campaigns.
Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Analyze website performance, sales trends, and customer behavior to identify improvement areas.
Manage digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to boost visibility and reach.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead in the e-commerce landscape.
Prepare performance reports and present actionable insights to management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience managing e-commerce operations (Shopify, WooCommerce, Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, etc.).
Strong understanding of online marketing, analytics, and conversion optimization.
Proficient in Google Analytics, SEO, and paid digital campaigns.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Data driven mindset with strong attention to detail.
Leadership experience is an advantage.
