Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the company's e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.
Handle
product listings
, content optimization, pricing, and inventory updates.
Develop and implement
digital marketing strategies
across social media, Google Ads, and other channels.
Improve website performance, user experience, and conversion rates.
Execute and monitor
SEO strategies
to increase website traffic and search engine rankings.
Collaborate with the design and development team for
website development & enhancements
.
Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and campaign performance to drive business growth.
Stay updated on e-commerce trends, technologies, and competitor activities.
Ensure smooth order management, logistics coordination, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, IT, or related field.
Minimum
2+ years of proven experience
in e-commerce management or a related role.
Strong knowledge of
product listing, SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and digital marketing tools
.
Familiarity with
website development (WordPress, Shopify, Magento, or similar platforms)
.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
Knowledge of graphic design tools (Photoshop, Canva, etc.) for basic creatives.
Experience with
marketplaces
