What You'll Do:

? Develop and implement smart marketing and sales strategies that align with our marketplace model.
? Optimize our Shopify store for higher conversions, better user experience, and improved repeat customer rate.
? Plan and execute effective campaigns across Meta, Google, email marketing, and other relevant channels.
? Drive targeted traffic, manage our sales funnel, and turn visitors into loyal customers.
? Analyze performance metrics to continuously refine campaigns and maximize ROI.
? Ensure our promotions and visuals stay consistent with our unique brand positioning.
? Recommend and implement Shopify apps/tools that will boost sales and efficiency.
? Collaborate with our support and operations teams to deliver a smooth buying experience.

What You Bring:

? Strong experience in Shopify store marketing and sales growth -- with tangible results.
? In-depth understanding of e-commerce marketplaces and multi-category stores.
? Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, email campaigns (e.g., Klaviyo), and retargeting strategies.
? Ability to adapt marketing tactics for one-time stock lots, unique products, and recurring SKUs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
