Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-Commerce & Social Media Manager to oversee our online sales channels and digital presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our presence on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Noon, and others, while also leading social media strategy and content across multiple platforms to drive engagement and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

E-Commerce Management:

Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon, Noon, and other regional marketplaces. Monitor inventory, pricing, and promotional strategies to maximize sales. Handle customer inquiries, returns, and order issues in coordination with fulfillment teams. Analyze performance reports and implement data-driven improvements to boost conversions. Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and delivery timelines.
Social Media Management:

Develop and execute social media content calendars for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc. Create engaging, brand-aligned content (posts, reels, stories) and manage paid promotions. Monitor trends, community feedback, and engagement metrics to enhance reach and effectiveness. Collaborate with influencers or agencies where needed to boost brand visibility.
Digital Marketing & Analytics:

Run paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Amazon Sponsored Ads). Track and report on KPIs such as ROAS, engagement, and sales performance. Use analytics tools to assess campaign performance and improve future strategies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 5+ years experience in e-commerce and social media management in the UAE market. Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Noon, and other marketplaces. Proficient in social media tools and ad platforms (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads, etc.). Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills. Experience in the health, beauty, or nutrition sector is a plus.

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
