About the Role
As a strategic E-Commerce leader, you will be responsible for driving the success of our investor-backed e-commerce operations across platforms such as Amazon USA (Wholesale model), Amazon UAE (Private Label model), Noon, and our Shopify D2C stores. You will lead a high-performance team of researchers, account managers, and marketers with a clear focus on ROI, profitable product hunting, JV milestones, and executional excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the e-commerce trading department with clear accountability for results, timelines, and investor returns.
Oversee product research and brand partnerships using advanced tools (Helium 10, Keepa, Jungle Scout, Data Scrapers) to identify profitable products.
Manage and scale Amazon USA Wholesale and UAE Private Label accounts with in-depth knowledge of sourcing, listing, compliance, and PPC optimization.
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for our Shopify D2C brand stores.
Track, measure, and report performance KPIs regularly, ensuring the achievement of JV contractual milestones and deadlines.
Build and manage a results-driven team; assign responsibilities, monitor workflows, and optimize team performance.
Collaborate with investors and senior management to ensure transparency, profitability, and business sustainability.
Requirements
Minimum 1 to 2 years of proven experience in:
Amazon USA Wholesale operations
Amazon UAE Private Label brand management
Shopify Store development and marketing
Mastery in product hunting using Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, Brand Scrapers, and other research tools.
Strong understanding of JV business models, ROI calculations, and deadline-driven execution.
Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring teams across multiple projects.
Excellent communication, leadership, and business analysis skills.
