Hatim Al Jouhar Toy Trading LLC, a leading distributor of toys and lifestyle products across the MENA region, is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Online Account Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Create and manage A+ product listings including titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend keywords, and enhanced content.
Upload and maintain listings across Amazon, Noon, Mumzworld, FirstCry, and other e-commerce platforms.
Monitor product performance, stock availability, pricing, and rankings to ensure maximum visibility and sales.
Coordinate with the design and marketing teams to develop engaging images, A+ content, and brand stores.
Analyze sales data and provide insights to improve conversion rates.
Handle day-to-day account management tasks including promotions, campaigns, and reporting.
Requirements
Proven experience in managing online listings and accounts for e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Noon, Mumzworld, FirstCry, etc.).
Strong knowledge of A+ content creation and keyword optimization.
Familiarity with product upload processes, backend systems, and compliance guidelines.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work across teams.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple listings at once.
