About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven

E-commerce Manager

to lead our online sales strategy and manage the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing, UX/UI, analytics, and conversion optimization also has Video editing skill for social media posts .

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize our e-commerce website (e.g., product listings, UX, checkout process). Plan and execute online marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM, email marketing, and paid ads. Monitor and report on website performance using tools like Google Analytics and GA4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, operations, and customer service. Improve customer experience and implement strategies to reduce cart abandonment. Work with developers to implement new features, troubleshoot issues, and ensure platform stability. Analyze sales trends and customer data to inform growth strategies. Coordinate promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing roles. Proficiency in platforms like Shopify, Woo Commerce, Magento, or similar. Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Klaviyo, etc. Promotional Video editing skills . Data-driven mindset with a passion for user experience and conversion optimization.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of HTML/CSS or experience working with web developers. Experience with CRM and email automation platforms. Familiarity with marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay) is a plus. Leadership or team management experience.
