As part of our digital transformation, we are looking for an

E-Commerce Manager

to lead and grow our online business operations and enhance the digital customer experience across global markets.

Job Summary

The

E-Commerce Manager

will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company's online sales platforms, ensuring strong digital visibility, seamless user experience, and consistent revenue growth. The role involves strategic planning, marketing alignment, website management, and data-driven decision-making to increase online conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the

E-Commerce growth strategy

to achieve sales and profitability targets.


Oversee daily operations of the e-commerce platforms and online stores.


Collaborate with marketing and localization teams to optimize product listings, digital campaigns, and content.


Analyze customer journey and conversion funnels to enhance UX/UI and engagement.


Manage online pricing, promotions, and sales performance tracking.


Coordinate with IT and design teams to ensure website functionality, security, and technical performance.


Track KPIs such as conversion rate, average order value, bounce rate, and retention.


Identify new e-commerce opportunities and emerging trends in digital marketplaces.


Manage integration between CRM, analytics, and marketing automation systems.


Report regularly on performance metrics and improvement plans.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in

Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field

(MBA preferred).


Minimum

5 years of experience

managing e-commerce operations or digital sales (preferably in B2B or service-based industries).


Solid understanding of

SEO, SEM, analytics, and CRM platforms

.


Experience with

Shopify, WordPress, HubSpot, or similar CMS tools

.


Strong analytical skills with experience using

Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, or similar tools

.


Excellent communication and project management skills.


Knowledge of

localization, translation, or digital content industries

is a plus.
