Brief - We are looking to hire a full-time resource in the Centrepoint online team, as Executive Ecommerce, reporting to the Head of Centrepoint Online Merch team. The role offers a strong start to anyone looking to build a career in Ecommerce/Online Retail/Fashion sector. The resource will be responsible for - · As part of merch team of one of the largest ecommerce App/Site in MENA, delivering day to day optimization and management of Centrepoint Online storefront, across 6 countries including KSA, UAE · Co-ordinating with respective category manager for better category business challenge understanding and solving it via storefront visibility optimization. · Planning, reporting, updates on optimizations at weekly level. This should include meticulous understanding and regular review of the department page component/sections/TB/IB, actions taken, impact created and key learnings · Competitive benchmarking - End to end benchmarking, competition review and arriving at actionable to be tried for department pages. · Event/Sale - end to end ownership of the 1st cut wireframe and ideas, presentation and discussions with leadership and improvements basis feedback. · Planning effective co-ordination with the support teams - to assure all planned biz actionable are done and reflecting timely on the live site/app.

Candidate profile - · Experience in - digital/ ecommerce brands, via full time or internships · Recent (0.5 -3 year) passout with good pedigree and decent academics, pre-MBA experience also works. · Graduation, preferably Engineering background + MBA preferable. · Basic Arabic knowledge preferred but not mandatory. · Knowledge/ familiarity of project management and project management tools preferred · Keen interest and knowledge of fashion and online ecommerce business preferred.

Input for candidates - · Research around the Middle east key ecommerce players, especially the key fashion players. Review their app and site layout and approach (via banners, assets, offers) to selling. · Review the key departments on Centrepoint online App/site and key elements on respective departments - Men, Women, Kids, Baby, Home, Beauty Link - .
