Job Description
E-commerce Executive Responsibilities: Online Store Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the online store.
Ensure product listings are accurate, attractive, and up-to-date.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant teams for restocking. Marketing and Promotions: Develop and implement online marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales.
Coordinate promotional campaigns, discounts, and product launches.
Analyze data to optimize marketing efforts and enhance customer engagement. Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track website traffic, user behavior, and sales performance.
Generate regular reports for management, highlighting key performance metrics. Collaboration:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to achieve business goals.
Work closely with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure smooth operations. E-commerce Trends and Technology: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
