Key Responsibilities

Ideal Profile

  • 2-4 years of experience in e-commerce operations or online retail management, preferably within the FMCG or consumer goods sector.
  • Strong understanding of online sales channels, digital marketing, and content optimization.
  • Proficient in using e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, Amazon Seller Central, or similar).
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Excel, and other reporting tools for performance tracking.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across cross-functional teams.
