We are looking for an E-commerce Executive to grow our online businesses across Amazon, Noon, Mumzworld, Firstcry etc. The desired candidate must have in-depth experience working with some of the key online retailers in the UAE & KSA. Must be a self-starter with exceptional judgment to continue to grow our sales. This position will be responsible for managing listings, building new listings, analyzing sales data, and identifying opportunities for product line expansion in new and existing accounts. Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Address customer complaints, issues, or queries on online sites. \xc2\xb7 Day-to-day maintenance of current e-commerce platforms (e.g. Mumzworld, Firstcry, Momstore, Amazon, Noon, 6th Street, Babyshop, etc.). \xc2\xb7 Manage & optimize current listings and improve SEO on e-commerce platforms. \xc2\xb7 Setting up new SKU\'s on partner sites. \xc2\xb7 Follow up and report on any operational/technical issues related to e-commerce platforms. \xc2\xb7 Update product information, pricing, and descriptions, add new products and data entry. \xc2\xb7 Create A+ contents & Brand Store Page. \xc2\xb7 Run Promotions Periodically. \xc2\xb7 Performing cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential products. \xc2\xb7 Product evaluation and research. \xc2\xb7 Developing SEO/PPC Strategy/Marketing Plans. \xc2\xb7 Research keywords. \xc2\xb7 Make sure all products are in an active state, troubleshoot any listing issues, buy box issues, track brand health issues, and perform periodic audits to make sure all front end/back-end listing information is correct. Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of professional experience handling Amazon, Noon, Mumzworld, Firstcry etc. in the UAE.
• Knowledge of Online Search, Advertising (Amazon Ads).
• All applicants should have experience in selling on Amazon and Noon platform and should be experienced with digital marketing and all of the SEO and PPC tactics.
• Experience in managing inventory and demand planning based on data analysis.
• Experience in managing Amazon FBA shipments including planning & shipping etc.
• Excellent Excel and data analysis skills.
• Experience with B2C social media, Google Ad Words, and email campaigns, and SEO.
