About the role:

Core Responsibilities:

• Create, Maintain, and expand our online presence on marketplace/q-commerce platform
• Driving sales and traffic on the platforms with effective conversion strategies.
• Online store setup, content creation, data analysis, marketing, usage of in-platform tools, order management, and fulfillment.
• Collaborate with eCommerce Partners to develop product ranges and work closely with the Brand team, Marketing team, and eCommerce team to ensure a successful Launch.
• Research the market in order to discover new trends and technologies in order to improve website performance.
• Proactively use data, information systems and metrics around commercials, brand, and Shopper trends to increase profit, market share, and sales.
• Responsible for timely processing and responding to customers\'/partner/store requirements or queries.
• Oversee website uploads and landing pages development
• Report on performance
• Strong eCommerce Knowledge, highly analytical & familiar with Ecommerce Knowledge.
• Effectively track & report consumer data, insights, and learnings
• Take Ownership of Key customers & grow small accounts

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years\' experience in FMCG products & brands on top Marketplaces/Q-commerce
• Advance excel knowledge (Power Query, VBA etc.)
• Bachelor\'s degree in business or related field
• Handling Experience e-commerce platform- Noon, Amazon, Instashop, talabat etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• English Language (Writing, Reading, Speaking)
