Job Description
Candidate must have expertise work independently with minimal supervision in a fast- paced E-Commerce Environment. We are looking for Amazon/Noon and other E-commerce Platforms expert. Requirements:
- Motivate and inspire the team by creating an environment that promotes positive communication, encourages the bonding of team members and demonstrates flexibility.
- Provides leadership, support, and guidance.
- Training team members, setting strategy, and monitoring progress towards goals
- Manage and motivate the team to meet sales targets and margin and ensure efficiency
- A computer science or programming degree or a degree in a similar field
- Working knowledge of different e-commerce portals and managing listing, add new categories/products on Noon, Amazon and other marketplaces.
- Exceptional communication skills
- Share problem-solving abilities
- Critical thinking abilities and the ability to analyse problems and create solutions
- Creative skills to come up with workarounds
- Preferably experience or Know about E-commerce Platforms.
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of proven experience in similar field
