If that is you, we\xe2\x80\x99d love to chat. here\xe2\x80\x99s a snapshot of what your responsibilities would include: As an E-commerce specialist you will support and manage multiple online retail platforms facilitating growth of the online sales channel. You will be responsible for A+ content and catalogue listings across E-coms and implement best practices that translate into measurable growth in sales and conversion and ensure the best brand representation across digital platforms. You are someone who enjoys driving strategy and is able to shape your vision to grow an E-Commerce footprint.

• Efficiently managing and running amazon, noon and other platform accounts (in multiple modes e.g. FBA and FBM) ensuring full catalogue visibility.
• Listing products with A+ content across all major regional e-commerce platforms (amazon, noon, mumzworld, first cry) and creating branded storefronts.
• Managing dropship and stock orders and inventory across e-com channels.
• Performing daily pricing analysis and ensuring pricing alignment across all e-commerce channels.
• Monitoring and generating customer reviews with high ratings and managing customer enquiries across e-coms.
• Working with the Sales team on planning and executing the online promotional campaigns.
• Planning and implementing channel development strategies including amazon ad campaigns.
• Continuously monitoring and improving product merchandising and search results across platforms that lead to improved conversion rates.
• Compiling performance reports and metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by channel, new product launch performance, sell-through and code performance, margins etc.

Your skills would include:

• Solid and hands on knowledge of e-commerce frameworks and expertise in running amazon seller central (FBM, FBA) and other major e-commerce listings.
• A+ content Champion.
• Expertise in digital and online marketing strategies , conversion improvement and search optimization.
• Creative and strategic thinker with a strong understanding of online customer requirements.
• Have a self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced working environment.
• Result and sales driven and capable to work towards assigned targets.
• Excellent command of English and good communication skills.

Your experience would include:

• Minimum 2-3 years prior experience in a similar role with a proven record of performance.
• Graduate Degree.
• Certification in relevant fields \xe2\x80\x93 beneficial.
