Address customer complaints, issues, or queries on online sites. Day-to-day maintenance of current e-commerce marketplaces (e.g. Amazon, Noon, Carrefour, etc.). Manage Amazon FBA business, optimize current listings and improve SEO on Amazon. Setting up new SKU\'s on vendor partner sites. Follow up and report on any operational/technical issues related to Amazon/Noon. Update product information, pricing, and descriptions, add new products and data entry. Run Promotions Periodically. Performing cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential products. Product evaluation and research. Developing SEO/PPC Strategy/Marketing Plans. Research keywords. Make sure all products are in an active state, troubleshoot any listing issues, buy box issues, track brand health issues, and perform periodic audits to make sure all front end/back-end listing information is correct. Qualifications:
At least 1 years of professional experience handling Amazon, Noon, etc.
Knowledge of Online Search, Advertising (Amazon Ads).
All applicants should have experience in selling on Amazon and Noon platform and should be experienced with digital marketing and all of the SEO and PPC tactics.
Experience in managing inventory and demand planning based on data analysis.
Experience in managing Amazon FBA shipments including planning & shipping etc.
Excellent Excel and data analysis skills.
Experience with B2C social media, Google Ad Words, and email campaigns, and SEO.
