Job Description
We are looking for a talented and experienced eCommerce Executive to join our team. The eCommerce Executive will be responsible for managing our online sales channels, optimizing product listings, and driving online sales growth. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of eCommerce platforms, digital marketing, and customer engagement strategies. The eCommerce Executive will play a critical role in driving our online sales efforts and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable customer experience. Responsibilities:
- Manage our online sales channels, including our website and third-party marketplaces
- Optimize product listings with accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and pricing
- Implement effective digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, increase conversions, and boost online sales
- Analyze and interpret eCommerce performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes accordingly
- Monitor and manage inventory levels and coordinate with other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Stay up-to-date with the latest eCommerce trends, technologies, and best practices
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute online marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media promotions, and online advertising
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive online shopping experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as IT, operations, and customer service, to ensure smooth eCommerce operations
- Generate regular reports on key performance metrics and present findings to management
- Ajman: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
