Overview

You manage the entire paid advertising (search engine advertising, social media advertising, display) in cooperation with a media partner You set goals and budgets, track performance, and continuously optimize based on results You will manage the production of advertising materials: brief, spar and ensure that the content supports commercial goals You design and implement newsletters that support sales and customer relationship development You coordinate content production for the online store and other channels supporting DTC sales, based on data and commercial goals You develop organic visibility in search engines together with content production You build and develop automated message paths for different stages of the customer lifecycle (e.g. acquisition, activation, retention) You personalize communications by customer segment and plan measures to strengthen customer loyalty. You are responsible for planning and implementing campaigns together with internal and external stakeholders You track purchasing behavior and identify new sales opportunities (e.g. cross-selling, product sets, pricing communication) You continuously develop the online store's customer experience by taking key KPIs into account

Job Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in successful digital marketing and e-commerce business development Strong hands-on expertise in performance marketing and planning, managing and scaling media budgets to drive profitable growth A commercially minded individual who understands the dynamics of the entire DTC business - identifying growth opportunities and nimbly seizing them Analytical approach and strong experience in utilizing data in decision-making and optimization - you master key analytics and reporting tools
