About Us:



We are a fast-growing brand committed to delivering exceptional products to our customers through Amazon, our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) store, and various online marketplaces. We're seeking a strategic and results-driven eCommerce Digital Marketing Executive to accelerate our online growth and drive revenue.

Key Responsibilities:



Amazon Marketplace Management



Optimize product listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, A+ content, keywords). Manage PPC campaigns via Amazon Ads to maximize ROAS. Monitor performance metrics (ACoS, conversion rate, organic ranking) and adjust strategies accordingly. Coordinate inventory planning and replenishment in collaboration with the operations team.

DTC Store Growth (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.)



Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and other paid media channels. Analyze user behavior and conversion paths using tools like Google Analytics and heatmaps to improve the customer journey. Optimize landing pages, run A/B tests, and manage email marketing flows (Klaviyo or similar).

Marketplace Expansion & Optimization



Manage presence on other marketplaces (e.g., Walmart, eBay, Etsy, etc.), ensuring consistent brand representation. Identify new opportunities to expand brand reach across additional platforms.

Brand & Content Collaboration



Work with internal or external content teams to ensure product pages and ads are visually compelling and on-brand. Leverage customer reviews, UGC, and influencer collaborations to improve credibility and engagement.

Data Analysis & Reporting



Track KPIs and generate weekly/monthly reports on sales, traffic, CAC, ROAS, and customer lifetime value (LTV). Use data insights to drive decision-making and campaign optimization.

Requirements:



2-4 years of hands-on experience in eCommerce digital marketing. Proven success managing Amazon Seller/Vendor Central and DTC marketing funnels. Experience with paid media platforms: Amazon Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads. Familiarity with eCommerce CMS platforms (Shopify preferred). Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and CRO. Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and reporting tools. Self-starter with strong project management and communication skills.
