We had re-started the Recruitment process for e-commerce executive Fulfill order requests on E commerce platforms like Amazon and Noon List products on E commerce platforms Maintain customer relations on these platforms Product Photography and Editing (Photoshop) Maintain company accounts on social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter Plan and execute Facebook ads Follow-up on returns, payments, and issues related to order requests on E-Commerce platforms Create basic catalogs when required Create emails for email marketing Co-ordinate with different branches to ensure smooth delivery to customers Plan and execute content-related changes on website, whenever required Job Type: Full-time Note : Person will be responsible for entire e-commerce operations such as online sales,marketing till delivery coordination with logistics team and feedback from the cx.
