E Commerce Data Entry Associate
Job Description
:
We are looking for a detail-oriented E-Commerce Data Entry Associate to join our team. The role involves uploading product information to our system and assisting in basic product photography. Prior experience is not required, but familiarity with the fashion or footwear industry is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately enter product details and other specifications into the system.
Capture clear product images using pre-set cameras (no prior photography experience needed).
Ensure all product listings are complete, accurate, and well-organized.
Work efficiently with Excel to manage and update product data.
Maintain consistency in product descriptions and categorization.
Support the e-commerce team with additional tasks as needed.
Good knowledge of Excel (data entry, sorting, basic formulas).
Skills & Requirements
BSc/Diploma in Computer, IT, or related field
Proven background as a Data Entry Operator
Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM
Experience in ERP system
Comfortable working in a warehouse set-up
Good Communication Skills
Flexible and positive attitude
Fashion or footwear brand knowledge is a plus.
Ability to handle repetitive tasks with attention to detail.
No prior photography experience needed--just follow a simple point-and-click process.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
