The E-Commerce Business Development Executive - Fashion is responsible for driving online sales growth and brand visibility across digital channels. This role focuses on marketplace expansion, D2C growth, strategic partnerships, and execution of fashion-specific online merchandising and campaigns to maximize revenue and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities Business Development & Growth

Identify and develop new online sales opportunities across marketplaces and D2C platforms. Drive revenue growth through strategic pricing, promotions, and assortment planning. Support expansion into new online fashion categories, collections, and markets.

Marketplace & Channel Management

Manage fashion marketplaces such as EBAY Fashion Coordinate onboarding and optimization of new fashion products and collections. Negotiate commercial terms, visibility placements, and promotional calendars with marketplace partners.

Travel when needed for meetings.

Sales & Performance Analysis

Monitor sales, conversion rates, sell-through, and stock turnover. Analyze customer behavior, size performance, and trend demand. Recommend pricing, discounting, and replenishment strategies.

Cross-Functional Coordination

Work closely with design, sourcing, inventory, logistics, and customer support teams. Ensure product availability, size assortment accuracy, and timely fulfillment. Coordinate returns management and fashion-specific quality feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Management, or related field. 2-4 years of experience in fashion e-commerce or digital business development. Strong understanding of fashion marketplaces, trends, and online merchandising. Experience with product lifecycle, seasonal drops, and fashion calendars. Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and e-commerce dashboards. Knowledge of digital marketing, influencer campaigns, and social commerce.
