As an E-Commerce Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our online store. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure the smooth functioning of the e-commerce platform, manage product listings, and contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience.
- Product Management:
- Upload, update, and maintain product listings on the e-commerce platform.
- Ensure accurate product information, pricing, and images are displayed.
- Order Processing:
- Process online orders promptly and accurately.
- Monitor order fulfillment, shipping, and delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Customer Support:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through various channels (email, chat, and phone).
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Content Creation:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling product descriptions and engaging content.
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials, promotions, and campaigns.
- Inventory Management:
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate stock counts.
- Data Analysis:
- Generate and analyze e-commerce reports to identify trends, track key performance indicators, and provide insights for improvement
- Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
- E commerce: 1 year (Preferred)
