As we expand our digital presence, we are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Ecommerce Assistant to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

Shopify Management:
Efficiently manage and update product listings on the Shopify platform.
Craft compelling product descriptions and ensure accurate imagery for an enhanced customer experience.
Implement and monitor monthly promotions on the website.
Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate email marketing campaigns.

Amazon Operations:
Maintain and optimize product listings on Amazon to ensure visibility and sales growth.
Create and update engaging product descriptions and imagery to enhance product appeal.
Implement monthly promotions and manage Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns for optimal performance.

Other Marketplace Management:
Oversee product listings and ensure consistency across various online marketplaces.
Monitor and adapt strategies to maximize sales on different platforms.

Analytics and Reporting:
Utilize analytics tools to track website and marketplace performance.
Generate reports on key metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Customer Service:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and reviews on ecommerce platforms.
Collaborate with the customer service team to address and resolve issues effectively.
Inventory Management:
Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure accurate stock levels on ecommerce platforms.
Implement strategies to minimize overstock and stockouts.
Stay Updated on Ecommerce Trends:
Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging ecommerce technologies.
Recommend and implement innovative strategies to enhance the online shopping experience.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Proven experience with Shopify and Amazon ecommerce platforms.
Strong understanding of ecommerce best practices and strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw insights.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ecommerce analytics tools.
