Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and creative E-commerce and Social Media Manager to handle our brand's presence across major food delivery apps and social media platforms. This role involves managing product listings, promotions, and customer communication on platforms like

Talabat, Noon, Deliveroo, and Careem

, while also boosting engagement and visibility across

Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok

.

Key Responsibilities:

E-commerce:

Manage and update product listings on Talabat, Noon, Deliveroo, Careem, etc. Ensure accurate pricing, descriptions, and photos for all menu items Coordinate with the kitchen and dispatch team for smooth order fulfillment Track performance, ratings, and reviews; respond to customer feedback Plan in-app promotions and visibility boosts with platform account managers

Social Media:

Create and schedule daily content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and more Manage stories, reels, and promotional campaigns Respond promptly to comments, DMs, and inquiries Collaborate with designers and kitchen team to capture appealing product visuals Run targeted ads to increase reach and online orders

Marketing & Coordination:

Work with the marketing and kitchen team to plan seasonal offers and new launches Monitor analytics across platforms (social media + food apps) Suggest improvements based on data, trends, and customer feedback

Requirements:

2+ years experience managing listings on food delivery platforms in the UAE Strong knowledge of Talabat, Noon, Deliveroo, Careem, etc. Experience handling Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook for business Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus) Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools Strong organizational and multitasking ability

Bonus Skills (Preferred):

Photography or videography (reels, product shoots) Familiarity with WhatsApp Business and customer CRM tools Understanding of trends in desserts, cakes, and F&B promotions

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
