The position will focus on understanding customer\xe2\x80\x99s challenges via a consulting discovery process to uncover customer business needs and solving these business problems by defining ECM / BPM focused digital solutions to provide enhanced business efficiency, reduced costs and greater customer satisfaction.

• Participate in all phases of Solution/product development cycle; from requirements/product definition and design, through development, implementation, debugging, testing and support.
• Work as a senior member of the team on projects involving development of new features, sustenance, handling customer escalations.
• Construct detailed design specifications (technical or business) based on customer requirements.
• Participate or assist in providing architectural design to meet project needs.
• Adhere to architectural guidelines/standards and delivery discipline processes.
• Provide SME level-consultation with project team and end users
• Develop different components of ECM/SharePoint solutions like workflows, web services, widgets, custom components \xe2\x80\xa6 etc.
• Identify and develop improvements to current business processes and solutions
• Develop unit test suites.
• Build scalable solutions and \xe2\x80\x98smart\xe2\x80\x99 code that can be reused in the future.
• Maintain a clear history of code through the use of source control tools.
• Contribute to operational and risk remediation activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Information Technology or any related field.

Additional Information

• Experience across multiple technologies within ECM, BPM or content & document management solutions will be highly beneficial (e.g. OpenText, Hyland, IBM FileNet, EMC Documentum, Oracle, Perceptive, Saperion, ELO Digital, SER Solutions, EASY Software, Microsoft SharePoint, Alfresco, M-Files, Dropbox, Box, Kofax, K2, Bizagi, Tibco, Pega, Appian etc.).
• A background in solution in business consulting, sales engineer or presales combined with customer requirements analysis and project scoping.
• Experience implementing, integrating, migrating, and supporting enterprise-level content management solutions for millions of records and documents.
• Hands-on, technical experience with SharePoint workflows and integration development.
• Proven experience in .NET application programming.
• Proficiency in SQL query language.
• Deep knowledge of data modelling.
• Strong familiarity with cloud infrastructure.
• Proven knowledge and expertise with multiple development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and full SDLC in a large enterprise wide environment.
• The ability to quickly understand overall business requirements, to analyze the business processes, and to design document solutions to support business needs.
• Strong quality testing knowledge.
• Experience in team-oriented, collaborative environments with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English).
• Ability to prioritize work and help the team assess impacts to timelines.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in software engineering
• Minimum 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 ECM experience with well-known ECM technologies (IBM FileNet, OpenText, Documentum, SharePoint, Alfresco, Saperion \xe2\x80\xa6 etc.)
