The Digital Specialist role involves driving the digital agenda and supporting the Digital Manager in implementing the long-term vision for digital transformation. The role is located within the NiM Digital Team and reports directly to the Digital Manager of the respective category/categories. The Digital Specialist will collaborate with Brand Managers and other internal resources, such as CRM, MarTech, and Consumer Engagement Services Team, as well as external stakeholders, such as CRM/creative agencies, regional/global digital platforms, Zone/SBU Digital Teams, to operationalize the digital framework and implement digital plans. Additionally, the Digital Specialist will be assigned to different digital work streams/priorities, such as CRM, Digital Content, Influencer Marketing, Brand Sites, Community Management/Service Platforms, eCommerce Enablers, Data, Audience Strategy, and Personalization.

Ensures timely reporting of brand site engagement and conversion metrics, takes corrective action, and improves performance under the supervision of the Digital Manager
Implements website/mobile app content & feature plans aligned with the category\'s digital ecosystem, coordinates key stakeholders for rollout, performs in-depth UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and improves UX/UI
Operationalizes CRM programs across strategic brands according to CRM strategies
Executes effective e-mail marketing programs leveraging the CRM database as well as the Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Brings to life consumer engagement projects in a proactive way to capture micro/fluid moments
Executes consumer data (PII + non-PII) acquisition & activation plans, manages data cleansing
Maximizes discoverability and visibility through paid and organic search (on Google, Amazon, etc.) by collaborating with brand teams and the MENA Integrated Search Specialist
Ensures the delivery of best-in-class social listening service & insight generation to Brand Teams via Consumer Engagement Center
Supports the Digital Manager to continuously improve consumer engagement rates across VoD & social media platforms (organic and paid)
Supports Brand Teams, Digital Manager and Creative Agencies to develop immersive and impactful digital content that will resonate with the brand\'s audiences and reduces non-working media costs by increasing adoption of MENA Content Studio
Ensures all key stakeholders adhere to the CreativeX governance frameworkadhere to the CreativeX governance framework, runs all creatives in pre-flight tests to ensure compliance with Walled Gardens\' creative hygiene factors (Facebook Brilliant Basics and YouTube ABCD 2.0), conducts bi-weekly/monthly in-flight audits to identify gaps and informs brand teams as well as respective creative agencies to take corrective action
Ensures flawless execution of Influencer Marketing Campaigns to drive consumers down the funnel from Awareness to Advocacy and trigger WoM referral, lead generation/conversion
Collaborates with eCommerce & Media Teams and eMerchandising agency to develop best-in-class Product e-Content in eRetailer PDPs/Brand Stores and executes Retail Digital Media campaigns resulting in positive ROAS/ROI
Activates eCommerce enablers (e.g. Buy Now buttons) to drive higher and qualified traffic to eRetailers
Monitors digital trends and innovations, tracks competitors\' online activities and builds an intelligence system
What will make you successful\xe2\x80\xa6
At least 2-3 years\' experience in digital marketing with a proven track record
Knowledge & experience in building strong brand equity
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent understanding of digital platforms and able to share content with the right audience, at the right time, and through the right channels.
Project management skills
Agency or digital/social media platform experience is a plus\\
