Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative roles or as a receptionist, with strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a professional appearance.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner. Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments. Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate meeting rooms. Maintain an organized and tidy front desk area. Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry, document management, and filing. Provide general support to office staff and management. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Requirements:



Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a similar role. High school diploma or equivalent education certificate. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
