Role Title: Service Engineer Heavy Machinery
Location: Dubai
Job Purpose
The Service Engineer Heavy Machinery is responsible for delivering high-quality technical support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services for heavy equipment. The role ensures equipment reliability, customer satisfaction, and safety compliance through effective field operations and accurate documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, maintain, repair, and provide technical support for heavy machinery.
Perform field service visits and deliver on-site support when required.
Install, inspect, diagnose, and repair equipment and machinery.
Conduct preventive maintenance and routine inspections.
Maintain accurate service reports and documentation.
Ensure all work follows safety standards and company policies.
Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
Work efficiently within a team environment.
Provide support for Forklifts, Excavators, Aerial Work Platforms, and other earth-moving equipment (mandatory experience).
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
Strong technical knowledge and proven experience in a similar role.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Willingness to travel for field service.
Valid driver's license.
Experience
Mandatory experience working with Forklifts, Excavators, Aerial Work Platforms, and heavy earth-moving machinery.
Experience in troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, and technical field support.

Skills Required
