*Al Forsan KG School is recruiting for a qualified Early Years Teacher to
join their progressive KG specialist campus in Abu Dhabi - March 2023.*

We seek to appoint an inspirational Early Years Teacher to our project that
embraces the latest developments in Early Years teaching. Although we follow
the New York State Next Generation Early Learning Standards, knowledge of the
American curriculum is not essential, as training will be provided.

As a leading education provider in the Middle East, Taaleem is supporting the
UAE Vision and National Agenda 2021, and the Emirate of Abu Dhabi in their
commitment to establishing a \xe2\x80\x9cFirst Rate Education System\xe2\x80\x9d for all
students. The Charter Schools is a third education model in the Emirate of
Abu Dhabi and it is the outcome of a unique partnership between the
government and the private sectors.

As part of this new initiative, we were awarded 4 schools in 2019 to manage
and operate, to raise the quality of education; play a significant role in
shaping the present and future lives of Emirati youth. This increased to 6
schools in August 2021 and again to 9 schools in August 2022.

Taaleem currently operates and manages four thriving KG schools located in
the suburbs of Abu Dhabi. With increasing enrolment numbers for AY 2-23-24,
we are seeking outstanding, dedicated, and resilient KG Teachers who
are committed to the long-term goals of this project. We would like to
recruit individuals who believe they can make a difference to their students,
who understand that change is a process, and who want to take an active role
in sharing their expertise as the team moves towards achieving its shared
goals.

The projected growth of the Taaleem Branch Charter School Project will offer
a broad range of opportunities in the coming years.
