Role Summary
The Early Years Educator is responsible for planning and delivering age-appropriate learning activities, ensuring child safety, and supporting individual development needs. The role plays a key part in maintaining educational standards, promoting inclusive learning, and contributing to a positive nursery experience for children and parents.
Key Responsibilities

• Undertake daily activities with children to ensure their safety and support physical, emotional, and educational development
• Deliver planned educational programs that promote curiosity and independent learning
• Provide high standards of care and education in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage framework
• Encourage inclusion and adapt activities to meet the diverse needs of all children
• Monitor, assess, and record individual learning progress using the Learning and Development Profile Book
• Ensure the welfare, health, safety, and security of all children within the nursery
• Participate in child assessments and assist in preparing developmental reports
• Support nursery operations and perform additional duties as assigned by management

Ideal Profile

• University degree in Early Childhood, Education, or a related field with a certified vocational qualification in early childhood care and education
• Alternatively, a high school diploma combined with a certified vocational qualification in early childhood education with relevant experience
• Native-level proficiency in English
• Passion for early childhood education and child development
• Ability to work collaboratively within a nursery team
• Commitment to maintaining safeguarding and educational standards
